They will measure the area and talk through options with you then tailor a design and quotation to match your specific requirements, there is no obligation to order and we will keep your quotation on record for when you are ready. All of our equipment is made to order with our suppliers, this can take between 4 - 6 weeks depending on the item and supplier. Once the items are delivered we can begin the installation which can take 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the contract. We can also provide a post installation inspection at a small cost which makes sure the equipment has been installed correctly and complies with current health & safety regulations.
We have a dedicated after sales and maintenance service and parts can usually be priced within 3-5 days and provided within 2-4 weeks from order depending on the supplier. If you can send photos of the damaged part(s) this would help us and speed up the process. All our equipment is covered by warranties (length of time depending on part and supplier) which covers manufacturing faults etc.
